I bought this a month ago and can definitely see difference in my skin. My dark spots are a little lighter and I am getting less breakouts. This toner does not sting and is gentle on my sensitive skin. If anything it is a tad sticky but I feel like that helps the skin absorb serum or moisturizer you put on after.

How to apply
Directions: Twice daily, moisten cotton ball or tissue. Gently smooth over a cleansed face in the morning and evening. Follow with an Exuviance serum or moisturizer.
